Modern Dublin Tram, Dublin, Ireland
Luas, the Dublin street level light railway, or tram, carrying passengers on the streets of Dublin. The Irish word 'Luas' means 'speed' and these trams are noted for their lack of it. Capable of 70 km per hour, pedestrian and passenger safety is assured by a lower more sedate speed.
