Shoreline Park
Another shot taken on that rare foggy day at Shoreline Park (Mountain View, CA). A little peninsula of land by the lake is framed by the sunrise, The fog is burning off at this point, but still softens the light from the newly risen sun. Patches remain to shroud areas behind the trees and seem to glow.
Shoreline Park is built on an old toxic dump site. You can find jackrabbits, as well as a wide variety of avian life here. At night you can also find raccoons and skunks if you're so inclined. The park is also located next to Shoreline Ampitheater, a popular venue for concerts.
